The location is good. It is nearby airport. People can with bus 200 from airport to this hotel. People can take bus 53 to the city center. Man can take bus 115 or 200, then take Metro 6 to different bus station, from there are buses to Toledo, Segòvia and Àvila. There is a shopping center nearby this Hotel. There is a supermarket and restaurant.

Useful for an overnight stay whilst we were in transit. Good price. Nice rooms. Breakfast was great - lots of choice, and in a lovely airy breakfast hall.

Handy location for airport and also exploring city with regular busses within no more than 10min walk. Very friendly staff, lots of space in rooms and also in whole hotel. Rooms were clean, well equipped. Very quiet: no noise from street level or within hotel heard in room. Whole hotel is very sophisticated looking.

Very nice hotel in a quiet business area of Madrid. Metro station was 15 minute walk away which made getting into the city centre easy and cheap. The hotel was under construction (restaurant and restrooms area in the lobby) but it didn't stop us from having a good vacation. We especially enjoyed the pool area and terrace bar which was really cozy in the evening. Also big thanks to Miguel who was the most awesome waiter and surprised us with daily specials which were not on the menu several times. The food at the terrace bar was very tasty and affordable. Breakfast buffet was great with many different options (we especially enjoyed the variety of egg dishes and different fruits). The room was big and clean. Only downside was that the room was quite dark, no ceiling light.

The hotel is beautiful and exceptionally clean. Its in a really nice district of Madrid , which felt safe and not overly busy. There is an outdoor swimming pool open daily from 12.00 midday, but its freezing , even in 30 degrees heat. Its a 10 min walk to a lovely small shopping centre with restaurants, cafes and shops. There are 2 restaurants about a 2 minute walk away from the hotel but the spanish cuisine didnt suit my 3 teen boys tastes. Burger King is also a ten minute walk away from the hotel. The breakfast was good with a good buffet selection, theres a lovely outdoor bar area for drinks and food overlooking the pool. We got Uber taxis to take us into the centre of Madrid, which cost around €20 euros for 5 of us each way. There are also electric scooters to hire, just outside the hotel for shorter journeys.

Excellent facilities and loved that it had a pool. It wasn’t that far from the centre and had nice restaurants close by (just had to walk around and explore to find them) Amazing staff and extremely polite

Big bath. Spacious modern lobby. Optional breakfast if we had needed it. Luggage storage was great for checkout day. Soundproofing was okay. Elevators nice and big and corridors big. Good price point. Neighbourhood was walking distance or bus ride away from metro stops. Room view and windows were okay and soundproof. Ac worked well.

Superb location, very helpful reception staff, shady terrace overlooking ‘cute’ swimming pool - relaxed atmosphere. Comfortable beds, good air con and always hot water. Nearby shopping/restaurant terrace with great public transport links.

We stayed for a trip to the Real Madrid stadium and we actually walked there and back for the football game approximately 4k. It is also close to the airport which made it so easy taking a 15 minute taxi ride. The area is clean and quiet with a few cafes close by. There is a supermarket which is well stocked just around the corner. The hotel is clean and modern with stylish interior.
